Terms of Service
Last updated: August 12, 2026
1. The service
HamCast is a social media management platform at hamcast.site that lets authorized users and their AI assistants publish content, read analytics, and manage engagement on third-party platforms the workspace owner has connected. By signing in or using the API you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts & access
Sign-in is via Google or GitHub. Workspace features are restricted to email addresses approved by the workspace owner. You are responsible for activity performed with your account and any API keys issued to you; keep keys secret.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use HamCast to post content that is unlawful, or that violates the terms, automation rules, or community guidelines of any connected platform (Meta, TikTok, X, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Bluesky, Etsy, eBay, Walmart, Amazon, and others). You are responsible for the content you or your AI assistant publish through the service. Spam, deceptive engagement, and rate-limit evasion are prohibited.
4. Third-party platforms
Connected platforms are independent services with their own terms. HamCast accesses them only with credentials you authorize and can lose access if a platform changes or revokes its API. We are not responsible for actions platforms take on your accounts.
5. Warranty & liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid to use it (currently zero). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or platform account suspension.
6. Termination & changes
The workspace owner may revoke access at any time; you may stop using the service at any time and request data deletion per the privacy policy. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
